Capstone Project

Co-led a diverse 7 people team of founders, marketers and designers in the capstone project to drive growth of an Edutainment app - Seekho. Included Onboarding and acquisition channels, building new engagement and retention campaigns along with creating an actionable GTM strategy.

Objective: The main objective of this growth project to devise a growth strategy to double Seekho’s revenue in the next 12 months while controlling losses.


We went deep —

  • Understanding - Product, Market and Users
  • Identified ICPs and user Persona
  • Growth Equation and identified growth Levers
  • Worked on Onboarding and Engagement levers
  • And crafted hooks to turn Seekho into a daily habit
